Caligo Feedback Form

This form is for providing feedback on our games or on the general running of the organisation.
If you have a complaint then we want to hear about it, but please keep it constructive.

Once submitted, your feedback will first go to the board who will review it and then if it is game related and appropriate,
they will pass it on to the relevant GMs. You should get confirmation that we've seen your feedback within 48 hours,
but depending on the nature of the issue it may take up to a month to investigate and resolve.

If you are providing feedback on a game and want to keep your comments anonymous, you can simply state this below
and the board will not pass your name on to the GMs. If you want to be completely anonymous even to the board,
you can simply leave the name and email blank but understand that this can make it harder for us to mediate since we
can't discuss the feedback with you.
