Session checklist
What to do before the session
- If there are any issues with the venue prior to us taking up the booking please advise the venue or a program coordinator so we can pass the information back to the venue. 
- Setup an attendance sheet and container for attendees to pay their money into. 
- Open the session.
What to do after a session
After each session we need to take account for the number of members in attendance and the total monies taken in. We would suggest that one person be responsible for banking and reporting attendance to prevent confusion.
- Tidy up. We should make sure venues are in the same state as they were when the session began. Any issues or problems should be reported to either the venue or a program coordinator. 
- The Venue key (if any) should be returned OR left with the next Caligo Group using the venue if possible. (If you are the next event at the venue retain or return as directed by the venue) 
- Collect session attendance sheet and monies. 
- Bank monies to the Caligo Mundi account
- Report on attendance and collected money using the google form. 
- Retain the attendance sheet and pass it onto a board member who will arrange for it to be scanned and archived.
